AI & Data Analytics Engineer (Application Development)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System
  • Assist supervisors in managing contractors for supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System
  • Support the migration of Chatbot-as-a-Service to a new AI-enabled platform
  • Provide technical support to Government B/Ds for the adoption of chatbot, AI and data analytics technologies
  • Conduct technical and literature research and analyses of the development of artificial intelligence and data analytics related subjects
  • Provide production support after normal office hours, including troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system stability, production rollout of enhancements
  • Provide technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services

About You

  • High Diploma / Degree in Computing / AI related subjects
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI and data analytics technologies, such as Gen AI and text/image/video analytics
  • At least 1 year of experience on system development and deployment on clouds
  • Knowledge and experience on installing and managing Linux
  • Knowledge and experience on web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge and experience on Python and SQL
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes
