Senior Customer Service Executive (Kowloon Bay, 5 days work)

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth and seamless service delivery
  • Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and aligning services accordingly
  • Proactively identify and address potential concerns, resolving client issues promptly and effectively
  • Prepare regular reports on platform capacity, performance, and service levels

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Strong experience in customer service (IT industry preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
