Multimedia Assistant (Photoshop, Illustrator, $15-20K)

Job Description:

  • To prepare, format, and upload digital content for public website and related social media platforms
  • To prepare, edit, and integrate multimedia content (e.g. video editing, graphics) explore and apply innovative digital tools and AI applications to enrich public engagement and administrative workflows
  • To provide technical and administrative assistance (e.g., hardware setup, user testing, data entry) during the development and operation of the system
  • To assist in basic computer system setup, general IT troubleshooting, user account administration, and routine backup/restoration for server systems
  • To assist in software/hardware installation and provide general administrative support to IT systems.

Requirement Details:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related subjects
  • At least 2 years working experience in related duties
  • At least 1 year working experience in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
