Java / Web Application Developer (Multiple vacancies)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain new web application systems from concept to deployment
  • Develop and maintain reliable system interfaces
  • Translate functional user requirements into robust technical specifications and system designs, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices
  • Perform program unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and load/performance testing to ensure high reliability and security
  • Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive project and technical documentation
  • Perform any other duties and tasks assigned by the project lead or management

Key Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong, hands-on experience in Java web application development.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), SQL, and standard build/version control tools (Git, Maven/Gradle)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
