About the role
This role involves developing and executing CRM and loyalty campaigns that drive member acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation. You will analyze member profiles, purchase behavior and campaign performance to develop actionable customer segments and optimize the customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns that drive member acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation
- Analyze member profiles, purchase behavior and campaign performance to develop actionable customer segments and optimize the customer journey
- Plan targeted communications and personalized offers across eDM, mobile app, social media, in-store touchpoints and other relevant channels
- Support the development and implementation of loyalty programme initiatives, member benefits and promotional mechanics
- Monitor campaign and member programme performance; prepare regular reports, insights and recommendations for optimization
- Manage the day-to-day operation of CRM, email marketing and content management platforms, ensuring data accuracy, timely campaign delivery and a positive member experience
- Prepare CRM marketing communication materials, including in-store POSM, eDM, mobile app content and social media assets
- Work closely with retail operations, e-commerce, IT, customer service and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of member programme initiatives
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
About you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing or loyalty programme management, preferably in retail, F&B or consumer-facing businesses
Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, monitor and optimize CRM initiatives using customer and campaign data
Familiarity with CRM, loyalty and/or marketing automation platforms is preferred
Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder-management skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A proactive, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
