Safety Supervisor

Job Duties


  • Prepare inspection schedules and conduct routine on-site safety inspections and risk assessments

  • Organize and facilitate pre-work briefings and safety training to promote safe work practices

  • Assist with accident/incident investigations when required

  • Review project safety plans and prepare safety-related reports

  • Support the project team and the Safety Officer in continuous improvement of safety working procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy site working environment

  • Follow up on assigned ad-hoc safety, health, and environmental issues


Requirements


  •         Form 5/Diploma or above in Occupational Safety & Health or related field (preferred)

  •         Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate (e.g., OSHC or CICTA)

  •         Minimum 1–2 years of relevant site safety experience

  •         Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  •         Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

  •         Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
