Human Resources Officer - Recruitment

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for daily HR functions focusing on recruiting frontline staff activities including job posting, staffing and selection, on & off boarding and staff retention;

• Execute recruitment projects including recruitment talks, interview and job fairs;

• Prepare HR reports such as staff turnover analysis and recruitment status, maintain candidate database;

• Assist in reviewing and enhancing HR policies, procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiencies;

• Participate in ad hoc related projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements：

• Diploma or above preferably in HRM or related disciplines;

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in handling frontline recruitment;

• Proactive and self-driven, with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;

• Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance

• Proficient in MS Office, preferably with advanced Excel skills

• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer

• Immediately available would be an advantage
