Job Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions to support overseas business operations.

• Partner with business leaders and overseas teams to provide practical HR advice and solutions.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, offers, salary benchmarking, onboarding and manpower planning.

• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, salary reviews, bonuses, allowances and related HR administration.

• Manage the employee life cycle, including probation, transfers, promotions, performance management and offboarding.

• Develop and review HR policies, employment contracts, procedures and employee communications in accordance with business and local requirements.

• Support employee relations and provide advice to management and employees on HR-related matters.

• Support overseas business expansion and HR setup, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, policies and HR processes.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, local service providers and professional advisers to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.

• Participate in HR projects, system implementation and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of all-round HR experience, preferably with regional or overseas exposure.

• Experience supporting operations in Thailand and/or Australia is preferred.

• Experience in luxury products, automotive, yachting/marine, premium retail or related industries is an advantage.

• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, C&B, employee relations and HR operations.

• Independent, proactive and well-organized with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Willing to travel overseas when required.
