Job description

• Drafting and coordinating legal documents in various categories, including contracts, and supporting the company's business operations.

•  Management and support of the company's Trademark registration and related matters.

• Maintain and manage database and filing system for all legal and IP documents.

• Perform legal research for the purpose of ensuring compliance of law & regulation.

• Assist in providing legal support on a board range of legal matters, including but not limited to operational, M&A, commercial, regulatory, compliance matters.

• Assist in implementation, monitor and update applicable policies, guidelines and procedures in relation to legal affairs.

• Provide administrative support to the department.

• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• LLB or higher diploma in legal discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably with FMCG and/or MNC.

• Positive attitude, mature and detailed mind, independent, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn.

• Good communication skill with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin). Ability to speak in Japanese will be an advantage.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
