Job Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, and ensure all contractual commitments are met and exceeded. 

• Manage the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Services for a Financial Institution with portfolios covering Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Australia. 

• Oversee IFM services including general account management, soft & hard services, building services, workplace experience and effectiveness strategies and solutions, sustainability, energy management & utilities services, space management, project management and delivery, etc. 

• Responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Corporate Real Estate and Services function and successful delivery of IFM Services. 

• Serve as the key interface with senior client stakeholders for all customer-facing issues and where necessary, be the direct liaison with Line of businesses. 

• Manage IFM standards and delivery through KPIs/SLAs measures. 

• Manage account P&L, budget, revenue, expense to ensure not exceeding contract baseline budget and maintain the account financial healthiness. 

• Develop, manage and implement ongoing process improvement programme implemented by Company. 

•  Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both client and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both Company and subcontractors activities, and are regularly review. 

• Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward. 

• Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and are able to reach their full future potential.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality or related fields is preferable. 

• 10 years and above of facilities management experience, preferably with regional exposure, in a multinational company and financial institution 

• Detailed-minded, and independent with good people management, communication and interpersonal skills 

• Able to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple stakeholders 

• Strong in financial management and client management  

• Hospitality mindset and focus in workplace experience 

• Execellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
