  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance passenger connectivity across
the Cathay Pacific (CX) network and also with HK Express (UO)

  • Analyse and model the commercial impact of proposed schedule changes, taking all commercial aspects and stakeholders’ views into consideration

  • Engage in iterative processes between PLN and IOP to collaboratively work out a balanced approach between operational/commercial trade-offs in the best interest of the company

  • Collaborate with IOP to enhance schedule resilience, by understanding and analysing the impact and value of recommendations by NOVA and Network Optimiser

  • Support the implementation of agreed schedule adjustments, ensuring they are
executed effectively and in line with the broader network strategy

  • Continuously review the changes with IOP and measure the impact or value gain to feedback into the Joint Assessment Framework (JAF)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, Economics, Engineering,
    or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in airline planning, network planning, scheduling or a
    related analytical role

  • Experience in operational planning functions would be a plus

  • High proficiency in data analysis and experience with airline systems will be a
    strong advantage

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer, commercial and
    operational priorities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
