  • Automate dashboard creation and updates to support real-time reporting, reduce manual effort, minimise errors and accelerate reporting cycles

  • Map manual reporting workflows and identify opportunities to automate data entry, validation and report generation through appropriate automation platforms

  • Equip and train procurement colleagues to use analytical modules when developing category strategies and action plans

  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance and performance across Source-to-Pay processes by analysing spend, procurement benefits, purchasing channels and customer feedback for trends, patterns and anomalies

  • Collaborate across teams to address compliance concerns, communicate best practices and provide practical guidance

  • Manage projects and support strategic initiatives for the Procurement Centre of Excellence as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, reporting or analytics

  • Degree holder in Procurement, Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline

  • Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP, SAP Spend Control Tower, Ariba Upstream, Ariba Spend Visibility, Ariba Guided Buying) and data governance best practices.

  • Strong understanding of data integration, workflow mapping, and process automation

  • Ability to design intuitive, real-time dashboards tailored for compliance monitoring

  • Excellent numerical, writing & reporting and analytical skills to interpret dashboard data and drive continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through on deliverables
