LABOUR OFFICER (YUEN LONG/SHEUNG SHUI)
Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Check and verify the proper operation of wages protection policies
  • Monitor the attendance, wage payments and MPF contributions to all site staff
  • Assist in handling and monitoring complaints on arrears of wages and MPF contributions raised by site staff
  • Ensure personal data and other personnel related matters as required of site staff / workers be submitted to Human Resources Department on time
  • Assist site administration duties when necessary
  • Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with 5 passes in HKDSE
  • At least 3 years Labour Officer experience
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and good PC knowledge
  • Mature and independent, with excellent communication and liaison skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
