 Job Responsibilities:
 

• Act as a project-in-charge, oversee the engineering project team for the execution of E&M projects;

• Lead overall project planning and scheduling, supervise project progress, manage contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to quality standards and contractual requirements.

 
Job Requirements:
 

• Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent;

• Chartered Engineer, with qualification of HKIE / R.P.E.

• 15 years of relevant experience in building services projects under contracting environment with at least 8 years at the managerial role;

• Self-motivated and excellent leadership skills;

• Good project management skills.
