Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering & Decision Support: Partner with business units (Commercial, Marketing, Operations) by providing actionable financial insights, evaluating strategic initiatives, and building robust financial models & business cases.

  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Planning: Drive annual budgeting, dynamic rolling forecasts, and multi-year planning. Develop cash flow models, monitor working capital, and highlight key financial risks & opportunities.

  • Management Reporting & Performance Tracking: Deliver timely monthly/quarterly management reporting, conduct root-cause variance analysis, track KPIs, and present clear operational analysis to executive leadership.

  • Process Improvement & Digitalization: Optimize reporting tools, financial workflows, and support ERP implementations to enhance data accuracy and analytical efficiency.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education & Professional Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is required.

  • Experience: 7-8 years of progressive FP&A experience. Background in media, telecommunications, tech, or fast-paced corporate environments is preferred.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and BI tools is a strong plus.

  • Core Competencies: Proven capability in cash flow forecasting and business partnering; strong commercial sense to 'read behind numbers'; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
