Key Responsibilities

• Drive communications programs and events, including awards strategies and CSR initiatives, to elevate brand visibility.

• Partner closely with the department head to lead, mentor, and manage the team.

• Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling creative content, including corporate premiums, visuals, and videos aligned with promotional campaigns.

• Manage all in-house communications across printed collaterals and digital channels.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for corporate events, exhibitions, and award ceremonies.

• Facilitate media interviews and events while cultivating strong media relationships.

• Support the rollout of marketing communications activities, including advertisement placements and promotional drives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing/ Communications is preferred, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of solid experience in marketing, with a strong background in advertising.

• Good command of both English and Chinese.

• Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong organizational and detailed-oriented.

• Strong logical reasoning and precise, effective communication skills across all levels.

• Collaborative team player with a strong eagerness to learn.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver work within tight turnaround times.
