Key responsibilities

• Assist Senior Manager in daily communications and coordination with IP licensors and licensees

• Manage licensing documentation and facilitate product approval workflows

• Assist with royalty tracking and reporting

• Provide administrative support, including preparing business documents and coordinating contract and payment matters

• Handle product and sample photography, including photo retouching and image preparation for marketing use

About you

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in licensing or a related field

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Proactive, independent, mature, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Able to work effectively under pressure, maintain a positive, can-do attitude, and demonstrate strong organizational skills

• Experience with Japanese anime/IP is highly preferred

• Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
