As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems

• Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business area

• Work closely with clients to transform and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations including:

• Front-to-back office process re-design including automation;

• Support clients’ change initiatives;

• Assess operating models for opportunities for partnerships, shared services and strategic sourcing

• Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance 

• Share relevant thought leadership 

• Influence stakeholders through establishing a quality and trusted relationship, and open communication. 

• Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach to help deliver results 

• Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas

Preferred skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or related disciplines. 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in global insurance or banking firms or consultancy firms with a focus on the following areas

  • Operational transformation (target operating model design, process redesign, shared services) 

  • Digital strategy & transformation

  • Project Management 

• Proven experience in end to end implementation project experience that involves process and system changes 

• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services industry trends, regulatory landscape and emerging technologies 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizing skills, and strong sense of ownership 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability articulate the issues and solutions effectively through written and verbal communication 

• Good team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
