Responsibilities:

• Support in budget preparation and monthly rolling forecast

• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, review financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Collaborate with Business Units and outsourced Accounting Team in Mainland to follow up daily operation activities

• Assist in preparing management reports for decision-making, provide financial insights and analysis of the existing business (FP&A)

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business stream with Accounting & Financial Management knowledge

• Welcome candidate with 2-4 years relevant experiences who is interested in automobile industry

• Good at time management to meet tight deadlines, possess ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities effectively

• Fast learner, detail-oriented & self-motivated, good analytical & interpersonal skills

• Proficient in spoken Mandarin, intermediate to advanced level MS Excel & PowerPoint, experience in Yonyou and PowerBI is highly preferred

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position
