Assistant Head Chef - Western (Ref: RCL/AWC/R/07)

Responsibilities:
• Assist the head chef in supervising food production of all food outlets, banquet events and other functions;
• Consistent high quality and standard in production at the club;
• Assist the head chef in menu planning, food promotions, staff training, cost control, sanitation, safety and other related jobs in operation.

Requirements:
• Certificate in catering;
• Minimum 5 years in western dining kitchen and banquet supervisory work experience;
• Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance;
• Good leadership and communication skill;
• High level of creativity and culinary innovation;
• Will be required to work in shifts.
