The Office of Undergraduate Studies of CUHK Business School, a vibrant and an energetic office, is looking for a Project Co-ordinator II to join the team.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing assistance to undergraduate programme administration in relation to international partnership collaboration, curriculum management, programme administration, student support, event co-ordination, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including mainland and overseas institutions and partners; (b) co-ordinating the corporate projects for undergraduate students, providing executive support to the team in fostering a close collaborative relationships and partnerships amongst local and overseas partners and corporations, to enhance the implementation of experiential learning of the students; and (c) undertaking other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ relevant work experience; (iii) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; (v) strong interpersonal and communication skills; (vi) open-minded and receptive to changes and challenges; (vii) experience working across teams; and (viii) good IT proficiency (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing, etc.). Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
