Wu Yee Sun CollegeThe appointee will be responsible for (a) developing and implementing College communications strategies across various online and offline platforms, including social media, websites, publications, etc.; (b) liaising with University units and external parties on College publicity and marketing collaterals; (c) creating dynamic contents for College social media and actively managing social communities; (d) managing the Creativity Laboratory and various funding schemes; (e) providing guidance for student organisations and facilitating implementation of creative projects; (f) organising student development activities and College events; (g) providing secretarial services to committees; and (h) carrying out special projects as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification executive experience; (iii) a creative mindset and a positive work attitude; (iv) excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); (v) strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight timelines; and (vi) excellent IT proficiency and strong digital capabilities. Solid experience in publicity and communications will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
