Major Duties: To (a) deliver hotel services to guests and members of the public; (b) perform duties in The T Hotel and other areas covering rooms division operations, and as well as the Institute's training programmes; (c) maintain hotel guest-related records; (d) assist in preparing and updating hotel operational guidelines; and (e) assist in supporting students' training.

Requirements: (a) (i) A recognised certificate in the discipline of Hotel Operations, Front Office and / or Housekeeping or equivalent and at least 2 years' relevant post-qualification work experience; OR (ii) Ability to pass a trade test and at least 2 years’ relevant work experience; (b) Preferably with experience in hotel's Executive Floor service; (c) Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an added advantage; and (d) Good knowledge of basic computer applications and Property Management System.

Notes:
(1) The post is at the rank of "Mechanic II".
(2) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(3) The work location is in Pokfulam.
(4) The appointee should have the flexibility to work on shift over a full 7-day period and in designated places as assigned.
