註冊護士 (家訪部) (編號：SASHCC/RN/HC/RE)
  • 持有認可香港註冊證書及有效之執業證書
  • 五年或以上老年、紓緩治療及或外展服務相關工作經驗
  • 負責跟進家居晚期病者及家屬，提供全人晩晴照顧，協助訓練、督導及臨床照顧工作
  • 重團隊，善溝通，有責任心、愛心及耐性
  • 日間工作，無需夜更值勤
