We are looking for interns to join our education center this Summer.
To provide administrative/accounting/customer services and design support in our Accounting/Student Services/Marketing Department.

1) Accounting Internship

 Provide daily accounting support in the accounting transaction entry, checking, AP, AR, P&L, and BS
 Arrange the payment and cheque issuing
 Assist in the annual audit
 Co-ordinate with other departments in accounting matters
 Perform ad hoc assignments as required
 University students major in Management, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines preferred.


2) Student Services Internship

• Provide quality customer services and after-sales services to maintain customer satisfaction
• Handle daily center operations including data input, filing, and scanning
• Resolve and follow up on customer complaints and feedback
• Supporting and assisting center events including Open Days, community-related events, external school fairs, etc
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• Good spoken and written in both English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with relevant experience in customer service is an advantage.


3) Marketing Internship

 Support for marketing material designs, artwork production, product packaging, and multimedia production for all promotional materials including print ads, video ads, online banners, leaflets, brochures, EDM, etc.
 Collaborate closely with the other Departments for facilitating activities; and coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
 Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
 Knowledge of basic HTML editing, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop) is an advantage
 Undergraduate students in Communications, Advertising, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
