Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Monitor order production schedule and identify potential issues, implementing solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity

  • Coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards

  • Prepare and reviews SOPs in the Production Department

  • Build forecast based on Production output and material status

  • Maintain proper safety practices in the production lines

  • Prepare all necessary documents for delivery and production records

  • Work closely with other departments to facilitate production

  • Perform the daily operation and ad-hoc functions of the Production Department

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above

  • 5 years of working experience in GARMENT production

  • Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Flexible, good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
