IT Procurement Officer (Kowloon Bay, CISCO, over $40k)

Job Highlights

Job Duties:

  • Support the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiations, and vendor management
  • Draft and review procurement and tendering documents to meet project and regulatory requirements
  • Develop operation and maintenance guidelines, manage inventory for end-of-life network equipment, and ensure stable system performance
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT regulations and collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the Information Technology industry
  • Solid experience in infrastructure support and management
  • Hands-on experience in Cisco IOS Software & Cisco Products is essential
  • Solid experience in managing contractors/vendors and familiarity with Project Management Professional (PMP) methodology
  • Strong experience in procurement and tendering, including drafting and reviewing procurement and tendering documents
