Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Mobile Apps, Websites, API and CMS;
• Execute testing of Mobile Apps, Websites, API and CMS to identify and report defects;
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability of requirements;
• Work with development team to ensure that testing is integrated with the software development process;
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for testing Mobile Apps, Websites, API and CMS;
• Summarize the test results and prepare relevant reports, provide solutions for system improvement
• Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and business analysts to identify and resolve issues

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance for mobile apps and websites (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply);
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Postman, JMeter or other tools;
• Experience with Monday.com or other test management tools;
• Experience with stress testing tools and techniques is an advantage;
• Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Experience in Agile development methodology is a plus
