Senior Manager Business Development, Insurance

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the overall sales plan to meet assigned business objectives and targets.

  • Manage and support the agency sales team by providing product training, technical guidance, and ongoing support to enhance their performance.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with agency heads and district managers to foster effective communication and partnership.

  • Provide clear direction and technical expertise to team members to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years as business development/ relationship manager/ insurance specialist with a focus in insurance products

  • Solid understanding on life insurance products

  • Good presentation skills and able to build strong relationship with agency

  • Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English
