Job Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day customer order fulfillment processes and logistics arrangements
• Plan daily order routes, considering road network and traffic conditions to ensure timely deliveries 
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with end buyers and VIP clients
• Conduct data analysis and prepare presentation for service review and business updates
• Prepare billing reports to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Working Hours:

• 08:00 – 22:00 (9 hours shift include 1 hour lunch time)
• 5 days per week (including Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) 

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• 5 years of Customer Service experience in e-commerce/logistics industry, with at least 3 years in supervisory role 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
