8+ years in IT security, compliance, or risk management with experience in critical infrastructure or OT environments.
Proven ability to define and enforce cybersecurity policies aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and/or Maritime-specific guidelines like IMO Resolution MSC.428(98)
Strong change management and influencing skills to drive cybersecurity initiatives across departments and stakeholders
Experience in incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security monitoring tools including SIEM and EDR solutions, with a focus on OT/IoT environments.
Leadership in building and developing high-performing cybersecurity teams with emphasis on OT security and developing team members
Strong vendor management skills ensuring seamless integration of cybersecurity solutions and managing SLAs with multiple service providers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate risks and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
