Responsibilities:

• Assist daily operations of inventory management, stock replenishment including ordering, stock allocation & logistics arrangements, and record keeping
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in forecasting sales projections and monitoring performance against targets.
• Assist with new product / Promotion set up
• Coordinate pricing updates and ensure accurate implementation across all stores
• Collaborate with marketing to develop marketing materials, such as promotions, signage, and product displays, ensuring they align with brand guidelines
• Any other administrative assistance to Saels &marketing department as required, e.g. organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and so on
• Participate in ad hoc projects when require
   

Requirements :   

• Diploma / Degree is preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Marketing or eCommerce preferred in FMCG / retail industry, less experience will be also considered
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel & MS Project preferred
• A fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Proactive, strong problem-solving skills, well-organized with attention to detail
