Key Responsibilities:

• Track and follow up on overdue accounts (Mainly secured loans, equipment loans, corporate loans, SME loans)

• Lead and guide team members to collect debts

• Oversee debt collection activities and monitor progress

• Negotiate with clients who haven't paid their debts

• Arrange inspections with the Credit Team if needed

• Help the team leader and department head with disposing of collateral

• Attend creditor meetings and court hearings, and report to management

• Work with outside parties like lawyers, debt collectors, and auction houses

• Monitor legal proceedings in Hong Kong and China

• Liaise with government agencies to ensure legal compliance

• Help review and improve credit control policies and procedures

• Assist with writing reports on credit risks

• Prepare monthly activity reports

• Follow company policies and ethical requirements

• Support special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above

• Minimum: 4 years of related banking experience in handling secured loans, equipment financing, vehicle leasing, corproate mortgage, corporate loans, SME loans etc.

• Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English

• Good written Chinese & English
