Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day business operations.

• Ensure full compliance to internal and various external and regulatory requirements

• Develop and implement strategies for the customer service business with involvement in business planning and budgeting.

• Manage dealing team to execute securities transactions

• Responsible for operational risk management

• Maintain departmental procedures documentation in line with internal audit requirements

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in Finance or Business-related discipline

• Existing qualified SFC Responsible Officer in Type 1, 2, 4, 5 & 9 is a MUST

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience

• Familiar with operation process and related knowledge of brokerage business;

• Analytical, detailed-oriented and able to work independently

• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
