Responsibility:

• Prepare financial analyses and reports by compiling data of asset, liability, sales, revenue and capital accounts
• Play a vital part in the company’s financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties
• Assist with annual audit preparations and resolve audit findings and account discrepancies
• Handle account payables and journal entries including monthly operation fund transfer
• Support daily accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing activities
• Contribute to the development of new accounting systems, programs and procedures
• Perform and support in other accounting functions and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong financial analysis and quantitative skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and independent with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadline and with flexibility to cope with changes
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly with Excel) & Chinese word processing
