Responsibilities:
· Handle daily accounting operations, managing payments and expenses.
· Oversee inventory control, maintain stock levels, manage stock returns & prepare inventory reports.
· Responsible for annual audit and annual return filing
· Handling HR duties: salary payment, MPF, leave record
· Provide support in ad hoc projects and assignments
Requirements and Skills:
· Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration disciplines
· 2-3 years of relevant experience in a sizable company
· Hands-on experience in handling management reports and budget control
· Proficiency in MS Office, experience in MYOB
· Excellent command of both English and Chinese
· Detail-minded, strong analytical skills
· Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Candidate who has more experience may consider as Assistant Manager.
