Job Responsibilities
- Design and configure system solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues during project implementation and post-go-live support.
- Develop functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and provide go-live and post-go-live support.
- Provide support for incident management and handle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support to resolve the system issues.
- Apply ERP knowledge to design scalable end-to-end solutions
- Assist in project management tasks, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and change management.
- Deliver user training sessions and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Provide recommendations for system improvements and financial process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree programme or above in relevant discipline(s), including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Science, etc.
- 3 years+ of experience in application implementation. (More experience can be considered as a Principal Consultant)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is highly preferrable. Experience in other ERP suite such as SAP, Microsoft is also welcome.
- Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Financial modules.
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or MySQL) and experience in creating BI Publisher reports.
- Knowledge of SLA (Subledger Accounting), Intercompany processes, and Multi-Org structures.
- Experience in large-scale or multi-national Oracle ERP projects.
- Has a keen interest in customer facing consultant role.
- Ability to guide customer based on leading practices
- Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written
- Critical thinker, problem solver, curious learner
- Able to learn new products and technologies on the job quickly.
