主廚 (蛋糕及糕點)

職責:

  • 管理、監督、培訓及帶領團隊製作各式蛋糕及西式甜點等相關日常運作

  • 負責產品品質管理及優化成本效益

  • 與研發團隊緊密合作提供創新產品，並滿足量產化要求

  • 根據訂單要求製作客製化蛋糕及西式甜點

  • 確保食品品質及整體衛生符合公司標準

要求:

  • 中學程度以上

  • 具10年以上蛋糕及糕點相關工作經驗，其中有2-3年管理團隊，具蛋糕連鎖店及中央工場量產經驗者優先

  • 對食品生產、品質控制及香港食品法例及要求有深入的了解

  • 優秀的創造力、解決問題和分析能力

  • 富責任感、領導能力及團隊合作精神

  • 對蛋糕及西式甜點製作充滿熱誠
