(Senior) Digital Marketing Solutions Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Business Development (70%)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities 
  • Proactively follow up pipelines and meet monthly sales target
  • Conduct face-to-face meeting with SHOPLINE merchants on digital marketing solutions sharing
  • Develop and present tailored digital growth strategies to help merchants scale their businesses
  • Responsible for public speaking in online/ offline events
     

Account Servicing (15%)

  • Serve as a passionate advocate for our brand and products, actively engaging and building a community of loyal customers.
  • Manage client relationships to establish trust in your expertise, facilitating renewals and upselling new packages

 

Ads Execution and Optimisation (15%)

  • Collaborate closely with the supervisor to create strategic and integrated media plans and recommendations
  • Execute and monitor campaign execution on media efficiencies
  • Perform competitive analyses and generate regular reports, drawing actionable insights from findings to meet campaign KPIs
  • Support with administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

 

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of work experience in an advertising media field 
  • Understanding in Google Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center and SEO is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Result oriented, positive, self-motivated, outgoing, good interpersonal skill
  • Team player and a quick learner 
  • Have a passion for pitching and the ability to work towards targets
  • Training will be provided to suitable candidates
