We are seeking a motivated professional to support the development and execution of communications initiatives that enhance our brand image and drive business impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning Siemens as a leading technology company in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute corporate and marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand visibility, business impact and staff engagement.
• Plan and manage a variety of internal and external events, including conferences, customer event, corporate citizenship initiatives, and staff activities.
• Manage media relations, monitor the media landscape, and support crisis communication efforts to safeguard the company's reputation.
• Create high-quality content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, publications, intranet, internal newsletters, and exhibitions.
• Prepare presentation materials, marketing collateral, and other communication assets that align with branding guidelines and standards.
• Assist in departmental administrative tasks and support other ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Language Studies, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experiences in communications or marketing, preferably within multinational corporations or large organizations.
• Experience in event planning, media relations, and corporate communications is highly desirable.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a positive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Adobe software such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
