Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process day to day general accounting duties
  • Perform daily accounting tasks including prepare monthly sales reports, AR & AP statement, reconciliation of inter-company accounts, assist in month-end closing and maintain accounts schedules, data input.
  • Prepare document for Month-End and Year-End Closings
  • Support ad-hoc assignments and projects

 Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or Finance or related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant experience / Fresh graduate welcome
  • Working experience in Automotive industry is a plus
  • Well-organised, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel
  • Good command of Spoken & written English
