Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day payroll and benefits operations for local employees and overseas employees such as payroll calculation, staff movement, work injuries, MPF administration, medical insurance, tax reporting, attendance and leave management
- Handle system testing on HR new system roll-out and new functionality roll-out for both HRIS and Payroll system; including regular system upgrade testing
- Oversee system change requests, new releases, and related initiatives to ensure deliverables are met within global timeline and standard
- Assist in bulk employees data upload to SAP / ADP system
- Assist in providing training to internal staff on new features of HR systems
- Provide first-tier support for HR systems data issues in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or relevant disciplines;
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Knowledge of IPL, ADP, or SAP will be an advantage;
- Detail-minded with excellent organizational skills;
- Self-initiative, out-going with a can-do attitude;
- A team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills;
