Job Duties:

• *Maintain smooth operation of network in one and across different locations including firewalls policies reviews, routers and switches setup, network segmentation, network access controls etc.
• Analyze network performance, resolve connectivity issue and provide network support
• Implement IT projects and provide network architecture solution
• Continuous improvement in network and cyber security with reference to the security standard framework, for example, ISO 27001, NIST etc.
• Execute audit recommendations in the area of network and cyber security
• Perform routine system upgrade and capacity planning
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure on schedule and quality delivery of systems
• Review, revise and prepare system documentation and training materials
• Conduct training and provide support to users
• Participate in the procurement process for service and products, including co-ordinating end-users’ requirements, preparing tender documents etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant work experience
• Hands-on experience in Cisco/Fortinet firewalls, VPN Gateway, EDR, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, Citrix Load Balancer
• Solid experience in medium to large scales mission critical IT systems implementation projects
• Good knowledge of network design, IT security, document and workflow management
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities; be a team player and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in Azure AD, Microsoft Defender/EDR, Cisco Email Gateway, Illumio, Qualys etc. is an advantage
• Professional certificates such as CCNP, CISA or equivalent is an advantage
