System Engineer (Linux, 5 days work, over $40K)

Job Duties:

  • Provide technical support for the server infrastructure for internal IT systems
  • Provide administrative and technical support in IT Security Operation such as SRAA, patch management, incident handling, etc.
  • Collaborate with application teams and security teams for system implementation and ongoing support activities
  • Compile project and technical documents, such as project plans, technical specifications, and test reports

Job Requirement:

  • Degree or above in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 3 years' experience in IT industry
  • Solid experience in system infrastructure, including Windows/Linux platform, Virtualization platform (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, FusionSphere) and Container technology (Docker, K8S)
  • Knowledge in system management and monitoring tools, such as ManageEngine, PRTG and Splunk
  • Knowledge in IT security operation activities, including SRAA, patch management, incident handling, access controls and log review
  • Experience in Government Project is an advantage
