Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Manager to monitor contractors' performance to maintain the normal operation of Systems Quality Control Centre (“SQCC”) including server room, testing laboratory, UAT rooms and test facilities, and responsible to enhance SQCC test request system
• Supervise the contractors to ensure efficient management of the day-to-day operations such as E&M facilities and resources management, system and network configuration management, incident handling and first line support of test systems in accordance to the agreed work flows, keep on monitoring and recording all aspects of test programmes and compile regular and ad hoc reports
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project to ensure quality implementation and on time completion; also provide system assurance support to test teams and project teams, and resolve the schedule conflict of test activities
• Participate in provisioning of new testing service and infrastructure to meet user requirements and formulate a sustainable maintenance strategy of test facilities and equipment in SQCC
• Support the IT Change Board and its functions to ensure all processes of change management being well-coordinated and executed to deliver quality services

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in IT Operations Support, Project Implementation or Project Management
• Holder of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification is preferred
• Solid operation and maintenance experience in large scale systems, mission-critical systems or network environment is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
