AMI Captain / Assistant Captain (Michelin Modern French Dining) I (5-day) I Sunday Off (R0422-C/AC-AMI)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Provide superior service to the guests
  • Build positive rapport with guests
  • Maintain adequate stock level of restaurant related supplies for smooth operations
  • Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the restaurant to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in western restaurants
  • Excellent guest interaction skills
  • Team player, outgoing, confident, detail-oriented and dynamic personality with positive mindset
  • Good command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Captain.
