工作職責

  • 處理單位服務統計報告
  • 處理單位一般財務及帳目的工作
  • 電話查詢及跟進訂營工作
  • 負責一般辦公室事務，包括文書處理、管理單位物資、處理報價等
  • 協助接待處當值及接待工作
  • 網頁宣傳及協助活動推廣
  • 其他直屬上級指派之工作

入職要求

  • 香港中學文憑考試中、英、數第2級或香港中學會考五科(包括中、英、數)合格或以上

知識及技能

  • 懂電腦操作、中英文打字及Microsoft Office 文書處理
  • 如熟悉會計、Photoshop / AI 軟件 或Canva 程式應用將獲優先考慮

  • 做事細心、有條理、有耐性及具責任感
  • 勤奮好學
  • 具良好溝通能力
  • 待人有禮及主動
