We are seeking a candidate to perform administrative tasks, support daily operations, handle procurement and billing, communicate with users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform budget estimation and continuous accounting.
- Take and write meeting minutes
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide office support and daily operations.
- Source and procure necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate records and billing.
- Maintain, update, and generate reports for databases and booking systems.
- Help schedule and coordinate facility activities.
Qualifications:
- Accounting and shorthand certificates is/are preferred
- Secondary school graduate or equivalent, with a higher certificate or diploma preferred.
- Proficient in bilingual writing (English & Chinese) and trilingual speaking (Cantonese, Mandarin, and English).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, friendly, and cooperative personality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.).
Duration: 2 years, renewable
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
