工作性質：

• 協助監督及管理集團物業包括住宅、工/商業維修事務及巡查
• 帶領團隊處理日常或緊急故障、維護保養、修理或改動等工程
• 負責團隊的人手管理及工作安排
• 監督外判承辦商/外判施工之服務、工作質素及安全準則
• 協助處理工程報價或標書

入職要求：

• 持有工業學院或香港專業教育學院等相關證書
• 4年或以上物業管理、保養維修及前線管理經驗
• 持有效電力工程人員A牌或以上或其他相關牌照
• 讀寫中、英文維修報告及電腦文書處理
