Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage workers’ attendance records and payroll;
• Work closely with workers and external parties on daily operation;
• Handle and maintain data in-house system;
• Provide clerical and administrative support;
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 1 years’ relevant site clerical / administration experience;
• Hands-on experience in using MS Office applications (MS Word & Excel);
• Well organized and good communication skill;
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Location: Tuen Mun or Tseung Kwan O.
